The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Talbot Inn, Malton, North Yorkshire. You will drive culinary excellence, develop and mentor the kitchen team, and maintain high standards of service across the hotel’s dining offerings.

Qualifications

• An interest in latest food trends and creating exceptional dishes
• Passionate about food and culinary excellence
• Experience in a senior hotel chef role and can manage food safety compliance
• Can inspire and develop a team
• Experience in menu creation and costing
• Used to working to labour and GP targets
