As a Head Chef, you will motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and foster a positive work environment. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential, ensuring operational excellence.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Prioritizes creating an inclusive and positive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. You excel at training, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders.
• Is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences by ensuring all dishes meet high standards, and your team is well-equipped and motivated.
• Has experience maintaining food safety, health and safety standards, and understands kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Focuses on building and nurturing their team, from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Creates an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, allowing them to thrive in their roles and careers.
• Is a proactive problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on their feet.
