The role |

As a Head Chef, you’ll inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to perform at their best while driving results and performance.

• Are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every dish meets high standards, either through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Have experience ensuring your kitchen's food, health, and safety standards are maintained, understand the financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and that they belong, enabling them to thrive in their roles and careers.
