We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Head Chef to lead the culinary team of their flagship international buffet-style restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to take the reins in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen offering global cuisines to discerning guests.
£60,000–£70,000 annual salary (depending on experience)

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or high-end buffet concept
Deep understanding of global cuisines and modern buffet operations
Strong leadership, training, and team development skills
Highly organized and capable of managing logistics and service at scale
Energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused with a passion for culinary excellence
