The role |

As a head chef, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, maintaining high expectations and standards. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving performance and achieving excellent results.

• Have experience ensuring your kitchen’s food, health, and safety standards are maintained, understand the financial aspects of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spot opportunities for improvement.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth among team members.
• Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and they belong, allowing them to nourish and flourish in their roles and careers.
