Job summary

Robinsons Brewery in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead a busy, food-led kitchen. You will partner with the General Manager to raise standards, develop your team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage stock, margins and kitchen profitability, recruit and train the kitchen team, and ensure food safety and health and safety compliance while creating a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Strong background in high-volume hospitality.
• Experience developing people and leading teams.
• Proven ability to deliver consistently high standards in a busy kitchen.
