Job summary

Pachamama Group’s Zēphyr restaurant in Notting Hill seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead a vibrant kitchen and deliver inspired Greek-inspired dining experiences in a high-volume venue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Head Chef role.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.

• Ability to oversee and manage kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and cleanup.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and supervise chefs.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and owners to align kitchen with venue goals.
• Direct monthly inventories and recruit/train kitchen staff.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
