Head Chef - Halewood

Up to £37,000 per annum (DOE)

Monday to Friday 6.30am - 3pm with occasional weekends in line with business needs.

About the role:

  1. Services: Breakfast, lunch, Dinner, Vending, Hospitality and Retail
  2. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  3. Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
  4. Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supported
  5. Delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
  6. Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  7. Ordering food, looking after stock control and controlling food waste
  8. Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  9. Managing budgets and successfully meeting financial targets
  10. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards, including allergen awareness
  11. Complying with Health & Safety regulations and any team training
About You:
  1. Have experience in a Head Chef position ideally within a contract catering environment
  2. Strive for excellence in an enthusiastic and motivated manner
  3. Create a positive work environment where the whole team can thrive
  4. Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
