Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Head Chef role.
• Experience managing a team of chefs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Experience controlling stock and par levels through mindful ordering.
• Comfortable using stock ordering systems such as Acquire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor kitchen team across sections.
• Ensure high standards for fresh, flavoursome dishes.
• Oversee stock control and ordering processes.
