Job summary

Pho Fulham is seeking a Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen. You will be hands-on, supporting all sections and guiding a team of wok chefs, lines chefs and sous chefs to deliver vibrant, fresh dishes. Salary is up to £48,000, with a base of £40,000 and a bonus up to £6,000.

This includes earnings through tronc. Company benefits include free meals, pension, and training during your first weeks and beyond. You’ll ensure food safety and health and safety compliance, manage stock and par levels with

Qualifications

• Hands-on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
• Head Chef with minimum x2 years’ in role.
• Experience managing a team of chefs including wok, lines and sous chefs.
• Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance within health and safety regulations.
• Experience controlling stock and par levels through mindful ordering.
• Comfortable using systems for stock ordering (e.g., Acquire).

We are looking for a Head Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Fulham.

Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it’s important we find the right Head Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands‑on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen.

Salary offer of up to £48,000 includes earnings received through tronc. Base salary of £40,000

And on top of that, a bonus reward of up to £6,000!
