The Role:

As a Head Chef, you’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to excel, driving performance and achieving great results.

Requirements:

• Prioritize a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide excellent training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
• Ensure every dish meets high standards, fostering a commitment to excellence in guest experience.
• Maintain impeccable food safety, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build and nurture your team through recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, supporting their growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.
