Job summary

Smiths of Smithfield in London is recruiting for a Head Chef Designate to train within the Smiths of Smithfield kitchen and progress to head chef within the Young's estate. You’ll develop leadership, menu delivery, and kitchen operations through a structured three-month programme while working across multiple venue concepts in Central London.

The role focuses on hands-on kitchen leadership, cost control, team development and delivering high food standards as you prepare to run your own kitchen

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations during the three-month development period.
