Bella Italia Bristol Filton is seeking a passionate Designate Head Chef to pilot kitchen operations, lead a talented team, and ensure every dish is prepared to perfection.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, maintain top hygiene standards, and support business growth across locations with a commercially minded approach and leadership that brings out the best in your team.

What You'll Do as a Designate Head Chef:

• Work closely with the management team to achieve restaurant goals.
• Adaptable and flexible, happy to work across different locations based on business needs
• Lead the guest experience by ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
• Create a fun, motivating team environment, with a focus on developing and nurturing talent.
• Be commercially minded analysing profit & loss accounts to make strong financial decisions and drive efficiency.
