Job summary

Bella Italia is seeking a Designate Head Chef to lead kitchen teams across our sites in the UK. You’ll craft exceptional guest experiences, ensure top-quality dishes, and uphold high hygiene standards.

You’ll also mentor staff, manage staffing needs, and contribute to strong financial performance across locations. The role suits a hands-on leader with a passion for Italian cuisine, willing to travel between Bella Italia sites as required.
