Head Chef - Virginia Water, Surrey - 45k

DAYTIME ONLY

I am currently looking to recruit a Head Chef for a site in Virginia Water, Surrey.

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the kitchen in this fast paced, casual dining operation.

My client is looking for someone who has a real focus on fresh ingredients and is able to be financially responsible managing budgets and costs.

The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills/knowledge:

• A strong background working with fresh ingredients

• Have a proven background within a high volume, casual dining operation

• A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/Health & Safety procedures

• Strong people management skills

Please note this is a 7 day operation and does require someone willing to work weekends however you will work daytime shifts only.
