Job summary

• Head Chef with proven ability to manage a large team and handle peak service periods.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and develop staff.
• Knowledge of current food hygiene and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and be hands-on in the kitchen.
• Plan menus and daily specials within company framework.
• Manage the chef and kitchen team in meal preparation.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and conduct weekly stock counts to drive GP targets.
• Ensure cleaning and hygiene standards across equipment and work areas.
• Plan rotas and holidays to meet service levels.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to maximise service quality and sales.
