Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Obsession for food and creating experiences.
• Strong coaching, delegation and influencing abilities.
• Empathetic, clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Financially astute with budgeting and commercial performance.
• Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver exceptional standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the business.
• Mentor and develop your team through training, recognition and empowerment.
• Create a culture of excellence through caring service, food standards and innovation.
