Fire Group is seeking a Head Chef for a fresh food pub near Havant, Hampshire. You will lead daily kitchen operations, create menus and specials, and manage stock, costs and hygiene, working closely with a small team in a supportive environment.

You should be an experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef, passionate about fresh food and menu development, with strong organisational and commercial sense. UK rights required.

• Experience leading a kitchen team at head chef or strong sous chef level.
• Passion for fresh food and developing menus.
• Organised, commercially aware and a team player.
