Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Head Chef for our care homes in Scotland. You will lead a kitchen team, design nutritious menus, and ensure meals meet residents' dietary, cultural and nutritional needs while maintaining high food safety standards including HACCP.

You’ll manage stock, budgets and orders, work with central teams to deliver consistent quality, and create a warm dining environment that enhances residents’ quality of life. We value kindness, leadership and development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering nutritious meals.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Ability to manage stock, budgets and supplier orders.
