Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an experienced Chef for our care home kitchen in Scotland. You will prepare wholesome, homemade meals that meet nutritional needs and contribute to Residents’ daily wellbeing.

As a qualified cook with HACCP understanding, you’ll ensure high food safety standards, creative menu planning, and pride in presenting appetising dishes. A caring, collaborative approach is essential to fit our HC-One values.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook with recognised qualification.
• Sound understanding of HACCP and food safety.
• Strong menu planning and presentation skills.
