The Curious Pig, our latest addition to the Barons family, features 9 boutique letting rooms, a large outside garden with a play area, bar, dining pods, and a bookable patio for functions.

What we expect…

• Drive standards, develop and motivate your kitchen staff; lead by example and inspire success.
• Manage smooth service sessions, maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.
• Implement effective kitchen controls for good gross profit, efficient ordering, stock control, and compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Join the management team and the broader Chef community within Barons, participating in training workshops and meetings.
• Ensure every customer has a great experience, working closely with the front of house team to meet expectations.
