Overview

Platinum Recruitment, in partnership with a well-established Holiday Park Group, is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead their kitchen team in the scenic Cotswolds.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all kitchen activities, ensuring high standards for every product.
  2. Team Training and Delegation: Inspire, train your team, and delegate tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  3. Margin and Costing Management: Utilize your expertise to improve kitchen productivity and efficiency.
  4. Supervise Food Service: Lead your team throughout the day to ensure excellent service.
  5. Promote Teamwork and Hospitality: Foster a positive, collaborative, and welcoming environment among staff.
