Requirements:

• Experience in fostering a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Ability to influence and empower emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Dedication to excellence in guest experience, ensuring every dish meets high standards and your team is well-equipped with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and understanding of financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Commitment to building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
