Burger Shop is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The art of hospitality extends beyond serving food; it's about creating memorable experiences. Join us in our mission to craft unforgettable moments for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing food preparation, with 99% of prep made on site
  2. Managing service operations and pass
  3. Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance
  4. Recruitment and training of staff
  5. Meeting set KPIs
  6. Stock and COGS management
  7. Compliance and reporting
  8. Constantly improving service quality and restaurant performance

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £33,000
