The Role:

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Providing training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Ensuring every dish meets exceptional standards, supporting your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintaining food, health, and safety standards; understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs; spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development, promoting personal and professional growth.
• Creating an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued, enabling them to flourish in their roles and careers.
• Being a proactive problem solver, able to think quickly and make informed decisions.
