Job description

A newly opening gastro pub based in Pontefract is seeking an experienced HeadChef to assist in the start up process. The pub will probably offer a quality fresh food pub style menu in the 100 cover dining area, and there is an additional function room that can cater for a further 100 covers. In this role of Head Chef you will be responsible for menu design, setting up the newly refurbished kitchen, implementing paperwork etc.. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Head Chef that wants to put their mark on a property.

Requirements:

It is important that all Head Chefs applying for this role have previous experience of opening kitchens. The ability to work well within a small team, be ambitious and able to show longevity on your CV.
