A boutique hotel is seeking a Head Chef to innovate and manage kitchen operations while serving a seasonal menu using locally sourced produce. This permanent role offers a chance to influence the dining experience with a small team, ensuring hygiene compliance and financial performance.
The owner of a lovely boutique hotel is seeking a Head Chef to implement new dishes and menus to take the dining operation forward. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Head Chef to make their mark and bring a modern feel into the dining experience using fresh seasonal produce sourced locally where possible. The hotel has a 40 seater restaurant, an outside area for the summer, a bar and lounge and caters for small weddings and private functions. As this is a Head Chef role you will be responsible for all areas of kitchen management including paperwork, implementation of hygiene legislation, financial performance, rotas, ordering, stock management and mentoring a brigade of 4 chefs.
Requirements:
An experienced passionate Head Chef with experience in a fresh food property is required for this role. This role would suit a Head Chef wanting to put their stamp on the menu who has a proven track record of leading a team serving quality fresh food. An excellent all round knowledge of the kitchen is needed for this role you must also have a stable CV and good references.
