Yellow 42 Recruitment is sourcing a Head Chef for a vibrant family-run restaurant in Perthshire, Scotland. Immediate start until March 2027, with potential temp-to-perm option.

The role demands strong leadership, a passion for fresh produce, and the ability to drive GP, costs, and labour efficiency in a very busy kitchen. You will oversee a skilled team, curate seasonal menus, and uphold exceptional food quality and service standards while managing a high-volume operation.

What’s on offer

• Salary of up to £45k DOE
• Share of tronc approximately £4per annum
• Subsidised, excellent shared accommodation with own room, shared full kitchen, bathroom and living area (all bills included in the monthly rental)
