Role: Head Chef

Location: Bristol

Salary: up to £54k + GRATS + BONUS

We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to lead a fantastic food concept and well-established fresh food operation in a high quality 4 star hotel.

You will oversee a large kitchen operation and large team; hence communication and great leadership skills are essential.

The role:

  • Lead and inspire a large team, collaborating and communicating with the hotels senior leadership team and working to achieve a fantastic guest experience.
  • Bring a creative element to the kitchen, evolving food trends to deliver exceptional contemporary dishes.
  • Be knowledgeable with a strong understanding of cost management, kitchen efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards.
  • Manage a diverse food operation, Restaurant, Bar, Conference, Events and Coffee Shop.

The Candidate:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Head Chef who can bring creativity and excellent leadership skills to this food operation

  • A passion for people development– you will lead and inspire your team with energy and a personal touch.
  • A curious and creative nature that brings theatre to the restaurant operation.
  • You will enjoy all things food and be keen to stay up to date with key food trends, keeping menus fresh and exciting.
  • Experience managing hotel kitchen operations or large multi operational venue is essential.
