Job summary

Compton Care is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the hospice kitchen, shaping menus, developing people and ensuring the food we provide reflects the quality, care and attention to detail we are known for.

You will own the service, drive continuous improvement and support the next generation of chefs, while ensuring nutritious, well-presented meals for patients, visitors and staff across Compton.

Qualifications

• An experienced Head Chef, Sous Chef or senior chef ready to lead.
• Skilled in menu, recipe and spec development, with a sound understanding of food costs.
• Strong food safety, HACCP and allergen management.
