We're on the lookout for an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to take charge of our purpose-built, well-equipped kitchen and push our event catering to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Delivering top-tier food for weddings, corporate functions, and private events
2. Leading and motivating a talented kitchen team
3. Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless kitchen management
4. Innovating and collaborating on menu development and new culinary ideas
5. Maintaining high standards in cleanliness, organization, and food presentation
6. Managing kitchen finances, including food costings and stock control
7. Ensuring strict food safety and health & safety compliance
8. Stepping up in the Executive Chef's absence and maintaining smooth operations

What We're Looking For:

1. Experienced Head Chef (or Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step)
2. Passionate about creating memorable food experiences
3. A strong leader who can inspire, train, and manage a high-performing team
4. Organized, methodical, and deadline-driven

6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
