Job summary

Premium Country Pubs is seeking a Head Chef for the Plough & Harrow in Aldridge to lead a kitchen you can be proud of, inspiring your team and delivering consistently superb dishes.

You’ll manage ordering, stock and prep, work with a branded menu, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene rules while driving guest satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef in premium pubs or similar venues.
• Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Experience managing food ordering, costing and stock control.
• Solid knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead your kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality food.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction through menu execution and service standards.
• Manage food ordering, prep, and stock control to meet quality targets.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with health regulations.
