Requirements:

The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally 2 years in a similar position, and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable, and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:

  1. Menu design, costing, implementation.
  2. To supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team and comply with food and health and safety regulations.
  3. Stock ordering, control, minimization of wastage, and ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.
  4. Working with fantastic produce to produce quality dishes that complement the surroundings and exceed the expectations of our guests.
  5. Playing a key role as a senior manager within the business to ensure the entire hotel team is well looked after.
