• Create a positive and energetic kitchen environment
• Develop and retain a talented kitchen team

**Requirements:**

• Experience in a similar Kitchen Manager or Head Chef role, or readiness to step up from a Sous Chef position
• Passion for producing quality food
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-building abilities
