Adkins & Cheurfi recruiting on behalf of an exciting independent hospitality business for a Head Chef to lead a brand-new Italian-inspired restaurant within a luxury lifestyle destination in North Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Head Chef—or a strong Senior Chef ready to step up—to take real ownership of a new concept. You'll have the freedom to develop and evolve the menu, create seasonal dishes, build a positive kitchen culture and lead an established team, while overseeing the kitchen operation across the restaurant and its adjoining bar.

We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Head Chef, or an ambitious Senior Chef ready for the next step.
• A passion for Italian-inspired cooking and quality local ingredients.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good commercial awareness, including food costs and supplier management.
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen compliance.
• Someone with the creativity and drive to build something special.
