The Role:

AsHead Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. We are looking for someone with a passion for great food, strong leadership skills, and a desire to create a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Overseeall aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and inspirea team of chefs, focusing on development and continuous improvement.
  • Create and developexciting, seasonal menus that reflect the unique flavors of St Andrews.
  • Maintaina clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.
  • Managefood costs, inventory, and suppliers to optimise profitability.
