Head Chef - Corporate Environment
We’re seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead a high-performing kitchen team within a dynamic corporate setting. Key Responsibilities
Culinary Excellence
- Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect current trends and client preferences.
- Deliver fresh, consistent, and visually appealing meals for daily dining, meetings, and high-end hospitality.
- Maintain high culinary standards while incorporating sustainable practices and promoting plant-based options.
- Participate in broader culinary initiatives, supporting the introduction of new food concepts and innovations.
Leadership & Operations- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and professional presentation.
- Share best practices and support staff development across all kitchen functions.
Financial & Stock Control- Manage budgets effectively, including labour, stock, and waste control.
- Develop costed dishes and monitor gross profit performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Oversee purchasing and ensure goods are sourced from approved suppliers.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records to support compliance and performance tracking.
Event & Hospitality Management- Plan and deliver hospitality menus tailored to executive events and client expectations.
- Refresh hospitality offerings seasonally and support the development of promotional materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver bespoke solutions for meetings, events, and large-scale bookings.
- Assist with the successful mobilisation of services and delivery of key internal events.
Ideal Candidate- Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for fresh, seasonal food.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen or corporate dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and sustainability standards.
- Confident managing budgets, portion control, and performance analytics.
