As our Head Chef, you will:
  • Deliver the food strategy to achieve budgeted commercial returns.
  • Ensure kitchen activities are coordinated for a professional, safe, hygienic, and cost-effective environment.
  • Communicate clearly within the kitchen and with Front of House staff.
  • Ensure food is delivered, handled, cooked, and served to company standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Use KPIs to benchmark individual performance in sales.
  • Review wages and staffing levels to optimize performance and stay within budget.
  • Strictly adhere to food hygiene regulations & H&S procedures per FRESH, HACCP, and EHO directives.
