Job summary

Yo! Sushi in Sheffield Meadowhall is hiring an experienced kitchen leader to oversee the kitchen during busy services. This full‑time role is hands‑on, on the pass and on the floor, with responsibility for consistent, beautifully presented dishes and high quality standards.

You will motivate and develop the team, work closely with the General Manager, manage stock and deliveries, and uphold food safety and cleanliness. Salary is £37,300–£39,300 with contracted 45 hours per week.
