Job summary

The King William IV at Sedgeford invites a talented Head Chef to lead a small kitchen team and create exceptional dishes for everyday dining and special occasions.

This is a permanent, full-time role with options for short-term accommodation, a 4-day week, and flexible hours; we pay hourly if preferred. Regional Exec Chefs support you and a team of roaming chefs provides assistance if needed.

Job description

We are looking for a talentedHead Chefto join our team atThe King William IV at Sedgeford, near Hunstanton, Norfolk.We are a beautiful country inn with 9 stunning bedrooms and we're looking for a fresh, dynamic individual who wants to make a name for themself in the area and make the King WilliamTHEplace for great quality food. We want to be both the place for teaon a Tuesday but also that special occasion dinner on a Saturday night!

This is apermanent, fulltimerole. We may also be able to offer short term accommodation for a single person to support in relocating to the area. We are also happy to consider a 4-day working week, fixed days off etc. We're happy to offer pay on an hourly rate basis to ensure you are paid for every hour that you work and can flex your hours if needed.

You're not in it alone either! We have Regional Executive Chefs to support with the menu development, people management and your personal career development and a team of roaming chefs to support and step in if needed on a short-term basis.
