Head Chef

Join our team as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager and lead with passion and high standards in a vibrant, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook dishes to specification in a clean and safe kitchen environment.
2. Ensure all prep and par levels are maintained for each shift.
3. Lead and motivate the kitchen team, delivering excellent food and service standards.
4. Manage kitchen operations, including stock control, food safety, and team training.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef, eager to step into a Head Chef role.
• Proven skills with fresh ingredients, food prep, hygiene, and knife skills.
• Strong work ethic, leadership, and active involvement in maintaining high standards.
• Ability to manage KPIs, labour, stock, and food safety requirements.
• Experience reporting on metrics like GPs, labour, and food prep.
• Successful track record in training and recruiting kitchen staff at various levels.
