Excellent Head Chef opportunity with Country Dining Pub - 4 nights off per week

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this excellent country dining pub near Rothwell & Kettering for a Head Chef. You will work as part of a busy brigade serving all fresh produce and preparing meals for lunch & dinner service. The role would be suitable for a Head Chef or Sous on promotion who can lead and run a team of chefs serving a modern British seasonal menu with daily specials. The pub works with excellent produce suppliers and meat from Aubrey Allen. You will work 4.5 days a week and with the pub closed for food on Sunday evenings, get 4 nights off per week. You will need your own transport due to location.

The Role

• Reporting to the GM you will be assisted by junior chefs

• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working in a busy fresh food kitchen
