The Bosville Hotel is seeking a Head Chef to join their vibrant Dulse & Brose restaurant in Portree, Isle of Skye. This is a full-time, permanent position, 45 hours per week, reporting to and supporting the Cluster General Manager while leading the kitchen brigade.
The menu at Dulse & Brose showcases the rich larder of Skye, Highland, and wider Scottish produce, including island and west coast seafood, Skye vegetables and salads, quality meats, Highland and east-coast Scottish cheeses, and desserts.
