Head Chef

We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef at Peterborough United FC.

Location: Peterborough United FC,
Rate of pay: £50,000-£55,000 per annum + 10% performance related bonus
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7

Key responsibilities

1. To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard
2. To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
3. To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus
4. To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations
5. To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers
6. Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard
7. Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team
8. Provide feedback and coaching on performance
9. Previous experience within a Stadium background is desirable
