Salary – £40,000

Location – Newcastle City Centre
Hours Per Week – 45
Venue – Branded Restaurant Venue
Tips – £9k per year + Bonuses

This role is perfect for a Sous Chef ready to take the next step and become a Head Chef, joining a fast-paced and passionate team. This is a busy restaurant with a high cover turnover, run by a team of 13 chefs. The menu features a variety of dishes inspired by popular American food rends. You will work closely with the Group's Executive Chef to adapt and develop new menus across all sites.

A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a drive for exceptional service. Alongside managing service and developing your team, you'll also play a key role in the wider employee experience and contribute to business improvements. We encourage our managers to take ownership of their site’s profitability.
