Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef - Prestigious Scottish Golf Course
Location: Scotland
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Quarterly Tip Bonus

Are you a passionate and talented chef ready for a fresh challenge in one of Scotland's most prestigious golf venues? Our client, an iconic golf course with stunning scenery and four fully-equipped kitchens on site, is looking to recruit a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef to join their exceptional culinary team.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple kitchens serving diverse dining experiences - from daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner services for golf members and clubhouse guests, to large-scale banqueting and special events. You will lead your own kitchen section with a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to culinary excellence.
