Job Title: Head Chef

As a head chef, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, maintaining high expectations and standards. You will continuously coach and develop your team to be the best they can be, while driving performance and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture: Using emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Providing excellent training, coaching, and mentorship to empower emerging leaders.
  2. Ensuring guest satisfaction: Committing to excellence in guest experience by ensuring every dish meets exceptional standards, whether through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  3. Maintaining standards and financial performance: Ensuring food, health, and safety standards are met, and understanding the financial aspects of running a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, while proactively spotting opportunities.
  4. Developing your team: Building and nurturing your team from recruitment through ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  5. Creating an inclusive environment: Ensuring your team feels respected and that they belong, enabling them to nourish and flourish in their roles and careers.
