Job summary

Bill's Milton Keynes is seeking a Head Chef who leads by example, keeps high standards, and looks after the team both in the kitchen and in the restaurant. You’ll drive great guest experiences and foster a warm, buzzing work environment.

You’ll be responsible for food quality, stock, safety and consistency, with service charges distributed to staff, generous holiday benefits, staff discounts and clear progression opportunities across Bill's hospitality family.

All service charge is distributed and paid out to our staff – even when on holiday we pay out.
