A leading hotel group in Oxford is seeking a Head Chef to manage kitchen operations in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will ensure quality food delivery, compliance with health regulations, and lead a team in achieving culinary excellence. Strong leadership and previous experience in a similar role are required.
Leading by example, you will be hands on in the kitchen, but you will also manage your time to ensure all the health & safety, food safety checks and admin is actioned. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery of food leaving the kitchen pass is to spec, to a very high standard and presentable.
