Head Chef - Revolucion De Cuba
Location: Manchester De Cuba - Salaried
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 +OTE
We are looking for a dedicated and engaging Head Chef to join our Cuban familia, who is skilled in maintaining high standards and building and nurturing a fantastic team around them, to help deliver exceptional results. As Head Chef, you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation, and motivate those around you to get the best out of your team! Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in a Head Chef role, as you’ll need to work with management, front of house, and sales teams to ensure you deliver quality food and a fantastic guest experience.
